Bridges
A bridge, or fixed dental prosthesis, is used to replace one or more missing teeth by definitively joining an artificial tooth to adjacent teeth.
Often times these adjacent teeth undergo a similar procedure to being crowned. Bridges can be fabricated out of gold alloy, porcelain bonded to metal alloy, or an all-ceramic material made to match your natural tooth color. The choice of material depends on bridge's requirements for strength, wear, and/or esthetics.
