Implant-Supported Dentures
Implant-supported dentures are dentures that are attached to dental implants in your upper and/or lower jawbone.
These types of dentures snap into place on top of implants using a specially designed connection but can be removed for cleaning. Implant-supported dentures provide a number of benefits and are a great improvement from traditional removable dentures. Due to the support and stability provided by the anchorage provided by the implants, these dentures do not require any adhesives or powders to help the dentures stay secure, which can increase their comfort and significantly improve the ability to chew.
